how do i cook Hereford brand Roast Beef with gravy?

So i just became hungry and found some roast beef in the cupboard. It is Hereford Roast beef with Gravy. I looked on the can and it has no directions for cooking it so I was wondering if anyone knows how! (YES by the way i tried the website and it came up with nothing) THANKS!

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once pack is opened consume within 2 days

Prepare & Use
Eat Hot or Cold
Oven: Electric 190°C 15 mins, Fan 170°C 15 mins, Gas gas mark 5 15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap slices in cooking foil and place on a baking tray. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for a further brief period.
Microwave oven: B/650W 1min, D/750W 1min, E/850W 1min
Microwave ovens vary, refer to handbook. Remove all packaging, Place slices on a non metallic plate and cover with microwave cling film, Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for a further brief period. Stand for two minutes
