How do I cook frozen chicken wings?

I have a bag of Schneider's plain quick frozen chicken wings and it has no cooking instructions.
Anyone know how to cook them? I'm trying to make honey garlic wings and I don't know if I need to defrost them first and then cook them in the sauce.. or if I just cook them the way they are?
 
Just throw them in the oven and cook until they are golden brown. When they are done, toss them in a bowl of your honey garlic sauce. I would heat up the sauce first so the chicken stays nice and hot.
