i've cooked greens maybe a few times with bacon. i liked it but i tried someone's who made it with fatback and loved it. i was wondering if anyone could give me a recipe to cook greens with fatback. i'm not sure how you would cook the fatback first before adding it to the greens? I'm sure all i would need to add is a little extra virgin olive oil, water, a little chicken broth, some accent, black pepper and a little seasoning salt to taste. Like i said i'm just stuck on how i cook the fat back. I've never cooked ham hocks or pigs feet either so i'm clueless on how i should cook this pork. Thanks in advance.
