today i tried twice!!eachtime it was burnt!and greasy!so my question is,is how can i cook chorizo so its not burnt to a crisp and so its not greasy?and does it matter what kindd i use?like pork or beef or chicken.the only one that i see at the store is the pork one.so thats the one im most likey going to use.im making chorizo y huevos in the morning!
