Your best bet would be the following: Coat the raw chicken in flour then dip it in the egg wash (eggs beaten together with a bit of water), then finally cover the chicken in your dry rub. This will ensure that the dry rub will stick to the chicken in hot oil. I would also recommend seasoning your flour with salt and pepper.

Cooking times will vary by the thickness of your breast/legs. Typically it takes about 7 minutes at 350 degrees to cook through. For even cooking you might want to pound the chicken breasts out a bit with a meat mallet so the breast is an even thickness.

Just put it under the broiler for small pieces or roast at a high temperature for larger ones like breasts. If it has a dry rub, frying wouldn't be a good bet because some of the spices might burn and leave an acrid taste.

I roast boneless chicken breasts for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. They come out juicy and delicious.

Use your dry rub but add 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour to your mixture. Preheat your cooking oil to medium high heat.

Cook in about 3 inches oil or more. When the chicken starts to turn golden brown turn the chicken and cook on the other side. Chicken will start to rise when its done, watch your oil sometimes it will start to get too hot after the chicken has heated up. turn down a little if need be.
Take out a piece of chicken and cut in the thickest part to see if its done. You can plan on about twenty and thirty minutes breast and legs
