how do i cook a wild salmon fillet?

for my dog ... i have looked online and see lots of recipes with seasonings and sauces but as it is for my dog i just want a simple way to cook it without seasonings or oil ... btw my dog has cancer and that is why she is being spoiled with fresh salmon daily
just answer the question ... if you don't know why bother ... if i wanted to feed her raw i would have given it to her already ... i just want to know how long i have to cook it and not your raw diet agenda
