How do I Convert Videos that I Downloaded From Youtube on to my N91??

What format should they be in? and i tried SUPER but i don't think its supports the N91's Screen Resolution

I do this:

ffmpeg -i file.flv -s 352x288 -ar 32000 -r 15 -acodec aac file.3gp

that works for my N80.

I just put everything on High, using the M3 video convertor with very nice results, designed for the W900i works a treat on my N73
