I've been doing some research, but I can't find any good program that can take one of these files and convert them to music, and the ONE program that seemed capable of doing this wouldn't let me save the file after I converted it. Is there any way to do this? Any free programs?
Changing the extension doesn't work. When done, the icon changes to the music note, indicating that it has been made into music, but when played nothing happens.
