How do I convert PDF to HTML Code?

I have a flyer that I created w/ pictures (Real Estate) that I would like to post on MySpace and/or Craigslist using a HTML code. But I am unsure how to convert the PDF to a HTML code. I tried the adobe converter but I was unsucessful, I need the images. Can someone help me? Please break it down for me. :)
 
Don't think there is such an animal to make the conversion. You could copy the text portion of the PDF and paste into Notepad or some other text editor. Then apply the tags. But that is not going to get you the images. Are you using someone else's images? You say you created the flyer, then you must have the images. Wrong?
