how do i convert flv files or avi files to show up on dvd shrink?

how would movie files (folder) to show up on my dvd shrink when i open up the folder for the files to transfer to dvd shrink.... but I don't know how to convert it to the video_ts ,VOB or iso ect.....would someone please show me how to do this? just for dvd shrink ...how would i convert the flv or avi cus that is the only thing i have on my files.
