how do i convert DPI and LPI to PPI?

i'm using Adobe photoshop and i need to figure out a couple of things....
-if my image is scanned in at 300 dots per inch, how many pixels per inch would this image be in my photoshop file??
AND
-my photoshop image which will be output on a printer using a screen ruling of 133 LPI (lines per inch) should be scanned in at how many PPI?
