How do I control my cat from eating grass ?

Hello, Cat's eat grass because they have a sickness, so eating grass can in some cases be an antidote for toxins but if they eat grass that is infected with worms called (blade worms) it can make them very sick.- hope this help's-Cody

A lot of times, this is a necessary thing. If a cat has eaten something that disagrees with it, natural instincts tell it to eat grass in order to purge the offending matter.

However, if your cat does this very frequently, you might consider keeping it inside for an hour or so when you see it trying to eat grass, to prevent it from doing so.

But do keep in mind that if it is only doing this occasionally, that this is very normal, and necessary, for a cat to do.

All cats eat grass, the vomiting isn't indicative of illness or her stomach being upset because of the grass.
When cats lick their fur, they end up swallowing some, and fur isn't really digestible so they need some way to get it out. Thus they cough up hairballs, but this can be hard for them, so to make it easier they eat grass which can facilitate the coughing of hairballs.
In conclusion your cat is not vomiting because of the grass, she's coughing up hairballs which is a natural process.
leave her to it :)
