I want to speak with her. I think I might be in love. I just might ask her to marry me. So how do I contact a female author?

I'd imagine very easy since it's highly probable that no one wants to talk to them to begin with.
Have you ever...doubted your dream would ever come true?
Did you ever...blame the world but never blame you?
 
You might want to start with choosing a female author to marry, but if you just want to marry a female author in general, I'm sure you could contact her through her publishing agency.
Also, you might want to start with a date before you pop the big question.
If you get a restraining order, I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do for you. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be?
