How do i connect my T510 laptop to a Panasonic HDTV?

Hi
I would like to know what cable do i need in order to connect my laptop and the panasonic HDTV ...
My HDTV has a HDMI and S-Video and my laptop has the following (The T510 includes three USB 2.0 ports, one eSATA/USB combo port, FireWire 400, VGA and DisplayPort-out, Ethernet, a modem jack, and a headset port. Expansion slots include an ExpressCard/34 slot and a SDHC-card reader.)
