Ok, so I really wanna put ringtones on my samsung rant. I downloaded them from the Sprint store, they toldme that since I do not have a data plan I would be charged 3 cents per kb download. This wasn't true, what they actually do is charge you a curtesy fee of $75 and another 3 cents per kb download and then they charge you about $4 per ringtone. I ended up haveing to pay Sprint an extra $500.
I loaded ringtones on my memory card but I cant save them in my phones storage to play. I know that I can assigne a video as a ringtone when someone calls but I rarelyever call, I just need my ringtones for texting and alarms.
I know that you can go into tools and mass storage and connect my memory card to my computer, that is NOT what I want. I want my actual phone to be recognized by my computer.
If anyone could also tell me another way to get ringtones to play for texting on my phone I would love that!!! Thanks!!!
