how do i connect my phone with my laptop via bluetooth?

i want to conect my laptop with my fone via bluetooth.. my laptop doesnt have "bluetooth devices" or sumtin like that installed.. my phone cant find my laptop (via bluetooth)... are there any bluetooth drivers i can download.. and how do i set this up.. for any body that answers thanks
