how do i connect computers so i can read media off each of them through my router?

i have 3 computers. 1 wireless w/ vista. 1 ethernet cable w/ XP and a ps3. i can connect the ps3 to the vista through a media server. i wanna be able to share between computers. and do things like netsend through command prompt?
 
If they are connected to the same wireless network, you have to go to your computers' sharing settings and change to what specifications you need.
To share between computers you need to have the main computer connected directly to your home's internet connection through the wireless router. You then have to connect the laptop to that wireless network. Then try to change sharing settings.
