How do I completely get rid of Internet Browsing History?

I've asked a couple questions about this already, but I'm nervous because I don't want to get caught. Is there any way that I can browse the Internet without others finding history WITHOUT having to download anything? I'm not quite sure if selecting Tools>Delete Browsing History...>Delete All... works. Are there any programs that could be installed that can record and keep all history? If so what are some and how can they be removed? Alright thanks so much
