How do I complain about my mailman. I keep getting mail from other people. "return...

...to sender" does not work.? I moved to a new address about two months ago and have been getting mail from other people. I've left notes to my mail person and it has not worked. I've wrote on the letters "return to sender" and he just leaves those in my mailbox. I've had enough! I went on to the USPS website and could not find a link for complaints. Help!
 
Call your local Post Office and ask to speak to the Post Master or just anyone so it is on record. and tell him this should stop the mail from coming. Good luck!!!
