How do I clean Mold out of my cooking Pot?

It's actually a Vegetable steamer, which is pretty much a huge pot. It's also on the Cage (if you are familiar with steamer)

Please some one tell me! I use this thing all the time for my Vegis! I don't feel that my regular dish water soap will do the trick, I feel like there has to be something extra I have to do. Can some one please tell me? Thank you!
