How do I clean empty moldy 5 gallon fish tank in my room?

My fish died ..... and I didn't want to get another one so i just left my tank empty because I didn't want to think about it.

But now my fish tank is really moldy and there's icky stuff on the surface and on the filter, how do I remove this tank? I have to get the water out but I don't want to use my water syphon because then I have to suck it and.... EWW.....

And I searched for more questions, and they said it was toxic,.... is that true? how can that be?
