How do I cite an internet resource APA style when I can't find the author?

I need to cite a website, but I don't see the author listed. I also don't see a publication date. How do I cite this APA style?
I am using office 2007, but without an author or publication date it puts the website name down when I insert a citation. I don't think that is right.
