I dialed 611 but the machine thats supposed to tell me my usage isn't working right. It doesn't tell me to push if im a customer or not and it doesnt have me put in my number it just goes straight to saying put in your verification code and then it won't even accept that. The machine has been like that for about four days. Is there anything i can do or do i just have to wait for them to fix it?
