cool..thanks..and can u tell me what kind of fluid to use?? i wish that i could find a site..but ive looked for awhile now...lol..and yea i gotta do it..the car has 125,000 miles and has never been done..lol..yea i know..
thanks guys so much..but hey where is the filter located at/??
one last question..where is the transmission pan?? front or back of car???

Put the car on ramps. Get under the car. Remove the tranny pan bolts. As the pan gets loose the fliud will start to drip out. Get the pan under one corner and rmove the bolts in that corner. Then loosen the rest of the bolts slowly. Be sure and get a transmission filter and replace it or changing the fluid is moot. Some filters come with a new pan gaskets, if yours does not, get some sealant from the parts store and use it. DO NOT overtighten the bolts when you reinstall the pan. Fill with recommended fluid and ask the auto parts store how much to refill it with after you drop the pan. Refill it to a little under what they tell you is the amount it needs after a pan removal. Start the car, let it warm up, hsift slowly through all of the gears with your foot on the brake. Back off the ramps. Leave the car running and check the level, fill as noeeded. DO NOT overfill.

jack car up get a really big drain pan remove transmission oil pan bolts slowly til it starts to drip let drain some remove more bolts let it drain more dont remove them all at once wil keep you from being cover in oil wil be messy anyways but not much to it not really a have to thing and really if its not been done yet best not to do it now can casue problem if its not done in a long time really not hard at all
