how do i change the back speakers in a 2005 chevy malibu?

there is a cover over them and i cant figure out how to take them out

i just need to know how do get the speakers out and out more in

also is i can take off the cover that is on the carpeted part so i can see the speakers
 
most thru the trunk easy many just clip into place some have screws either way not hard dont have to mess with anything inside back of car grills stay on so look in the trunk
