How do I change spam identification settings in my Yahoo group - especially for a

particular user? I have a particular user in my group whose messages frequently get marked as "possible spam". Every time this happens, I have to go online and approve the message. Often, even other user's responses to these messages also get marked as possible spam.

How can I change Yahoo's settings on spam filtering so that I don't have to keep doing this all the time whenever this user posts a message?
