Our 2006-2007 PT Cruiser rental has an electronic gauge showing outside temperature and fuel/mileage, but it is all in Celsius and metric gas mileage, not Farenheit and regular gallons/miles. Since it is a rental, the owner's manual was not included and for some reason I cannot seem to find any information by searching online. There has to be some way to change the readouts to Farenheit and non-metric readouts - what's the secret? I tried holding down the button that lets you flip through the various readouts, and nothing happened.
Reason I care when it is a rental: I own a 2005 PT Cruiser and while I don't care for the 2006-07 redesigns, I do like the electronic gauges. I had a nice directional and outdoor temp readout on the ceiling in my 2002 PT Cruiser Touring, which toggled between Farenheit & Celsius, and they removed it from all the future PTs for some reason - nice to have the info back, but would like it in measurements I comprehend!
