How do i change my verizon phone to a different phone?

I have an old phone that is not activated it has the same phone number and its verizon my current phone a dislike its very slow so i want to go back to my old one how do i do that? i herd their was a verizon website if so what is it? i have gotten it changed but i got it done at the store and the store is far away so i would rather just do it on the computer is this possible?
