How do I change my language to english in the PC version of Devil May Cry 4?

I am running a downloaded DMC4 with Daemon lite and I installed it in some messed up language and now when I play the game the audio and screen shots are in english but all the subtitles and menu's are in this weird language and it is VERY difficult to get around

any help is much appreciated
