mechanic is talking bout charging me 40.00 for changing the fuel filter which costs 9.99..... if it's an easy fix like changing oil and replacing oil filter, i'd like to do it my self and save myself 40.00 plus the overdrft fee that i would get from my bank! i have a 1991 buick park avenue. The fuel filter isnt under the hood. so i guess it's under the car.
