How do I change font size of T-Mobile Samsung Gravity 2?

Yesterday I was looking in my inbox in my messages because I was going to text someone back. I opened the message and I accidentaly pressed a button or something and it shrinked down the message and all my other messages really reallly small. I tried looking in the manual to figure out how to change it back, but i couldnt find anything.

When the phone is open - the volume control keys on the side of the phone control the text size.
