how do i change a image from PNG to JPEG?

i customise a image in Photobucket and IMVU uploads it but i got this other other image that i didn't custiomise and it wont upload as its a PNG image, i tried uploading it to Photobucket so maybe that would change it to JPEG but it didn't. Help please

Save the picture on your pc and then open with paint-click file-save as and you should see save as type chose jpeg.
