How do I change a HTML or MHTL file to a CSV file?

I saved my entire email contacts list on a flash drive in both HTML (.htm) and MHTL (.mht) formats. I need to change them to a CSV (.csv) file to import them back into my email contacts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Open the HTML-file in any text editor and save it as.csv
