I wanted to go on o2 i am on vodafone at the moment i rang vodafone up for a pac code and i got that and i've done a form on the o2 website to keep my number for going on o2 but thing is i've now changed my mind i want to stay on vodafone but it has been submitted now i want to cancel it i've tried ringing o2 up to cancel they said for me to ring vodafone up to cancel the pac code i then rang vodafone up to cancel the pac code they said they cannot cancel that i had to ring o2 up and cancel. Please Help????

Firstly, it's great that you have decided to stay with us!
Regarding your issue with the PAC code, once it has been used to port over to O2 it would be up to them to stop the transfer if the number is yet to leave our network. If you are unable to stop the process, once you have asked to cancel the deal with O2 they can supply you with a new PAC code to bring the number back to us.
