i haven't been on for a long time and all the other websites I go on are getting really boring. So i decided to make a new neopet account.
So how do I buy clothes for my neopet?
and also:::(bonus question)
how do I make my neopet look like its all covered in clouds?
 
Actually, when you are looking at clothes, it will say it is wearable. So make sure, when you buy, that is says that.
Your second question: You will need a Cloud Paint Brush which ranges from 100k~500k.
