I'm so shy and am like afraid to say what I think, because someone might think it's stupid or whatever (I know I should stop, but it's hard). And I always think I'm so ugly and stuff when I'm around people, but when I look in the mirror I don't think I'm ugly. So how do I start being more confident and social??
