How do I build biceps when curls destroy my long, weak wrists ?

Ok, I have longer than average forearms that are very skinny and when I try to do bicep curls I end up with horrible pain in my wrists - and it doesn't matter if I use a straight bar or bent ez-curl bar - what lifting exercise can i do that will enable me to grow my biceps without having to put too much strain on my pathetic wrists and forearms ?
