Hello, I recently was wondering how to build a computer. From what I found on newegg.com, I think I have all of the parts to build a good gaming computer, I just don’t know how to put them all together. If you can, please write down how of give me a link. I was wondering if all of the parts I have chosen will work with each other and if it is O.K. for graphics intensive games like Crysis and Garry’s Mod. I want to know if there will be lag at all. If you have any suggestions please list them.

1.Gigabyte UD3P motherboard $135
2.EVGA 896-P3-1260-AR GeForce GTX 260 896MB graphics card $210
3.Thermaltake armor case $195
4.Thermaltake 700 Watt power supply $130
5. 500gb 7200rpm sata hard rive $65
6. Intel Core2 Duo E7500 Wolf dale 2.93GHz processor $130
7. G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) $55

The parts look good for gaming. Putting them together isn't all that difficult either.

The motherboard is a large, thin rectangular piece that sits along one of the sides of the tower case, you'll just have to screw it in. Graphics card and RAM are inserted into the motherboard into the appropriate slots; the graphics card slot will probably have some screws. The CPU also goes on the motherboard, and on top of it should go the heat sync and fan. The power supply usually goes into the corner of the tower.

The hard drive and any CD/DVD drives are screwed in on the sides of the case and usually slide into place. They must then be connected to the appropriate IDE ports on the motherboard using grey cables. You may have to adjust some settings before it all works. Good luck!

to build a computer you will need a chainsaw, pliers, hammer, and screwdrivers. it helps if you have some knowledge too.l
