Mission almost impossible: My best friend Sierra, is the most amazing girl I've ever met. She's smart, beautiful, has her own style, thinks for herself, is a leader, very unique and I can't see anyone NOT liking her. However she hates herself. She thinks she's stupid, ugly, is a follower and that anyone can change her in a heart beat. She has a boyfriend whose two years older(crazy right?) And she thinks he hates her and that everyone else does too. I tell her everyday how amazing she is and that she's beautiful inside and out but she denys it every time and won't believe me. She also has no idea how she has friends and that I deserve better for a best friend. I don't know what else to do, she refuses to ask for a theropist. How do I help her boost her confidence and make it stay?
