How do i bluetooth music or put music on mi phone from computer.?

i want music on ma phone really bad and i dont no any web sites
that do it for free but MYXER.COM and i do not understand
that site at all..... mi phone is a ZTE metro pcs.... and i dnt
have bluetooth connecter but i do have USB.??? HELP.!!!

what i do is i put my phones memory card in a big adapter and just put it in the computer and just download the music from limewire..
