My ex best friend has become a Psychotic maniac because i am dating like her ex and now she wont stop harassing me by Text message and even her "friend" is at me too, i would call the cops and all but they live out of the country and the police can't really do anything but like i want the number blocked to she can't contact me in any way by phone, Can you please help me?
