How do I become self educated ?

I'm 21 years old & I've always cheated in school. I passed high school with cheating. Right now, I'm in a community college. I'm doing the same thing. I don't smoke or drink.

I like to read news articles, listen to radio talk shows & read about Russian history.

How do I become more self educated ?
