I am plaaning to ride my bike alot on the holidays to my friends houses and i have already been and gone lots this week. The problem is I live on a big hill so while its way fun to go down when i come home its a real sadness! Im kind o f small so i was wondering what i could do to get better at not puffing and panting so much. I would like to excerise more this winter anyway so i dont just curl up and sloth. Also what sre some good winter excersises? eg walking?
