I know.. the key is to practice & practice.
But I have so many issues inside of me. I'm always scared in my p.e class. Yes, I'm not confident with my body and what makes it worse is I don't know what to do. I hate feeling the hate vibe from my teammates because you're making them lose. I hate it when I get picked last. Its not that I'm chubby.. I'm just not confident? How do I improve my p.e marks? ):
