You are a young writer, not an author. And once again, I am disappointed in the impatience of today's youth. Your automatic assumption tells you that your work is fabulous and up to publication standards when in reality it likely isn't. This is not meant to discourage you but rather give a dose of reality.
Why be so impatient to become published? Why not spend the best years you have learning to be a great writer? There is no rush and no reason to rush. It's awesome you have a dream and I can respect that but there is more to life than getting published.
Too many of you young writers state you like writing but are focused solely on the end goal and not the process leading up to it. Writing is hard work, not some idealized notion of getting published. Focus on the writing if you allege to like it so much.
Over the next several years research the industry in depth. Look at a book called The Writer's Market and study it thoroughly. Read magazines geared towards the industry (Writer's Digest is one such magazine). Browse web sites like Absolute Write to see what others are doing and also to consider feedback on your work.
Give yourself time to grow and blossom as a writer and stop racing to the finish line. You are 13. If you are meant to be published it will happen but not when you're only focused on it and not your writing.
Good luck to you. It's a rough and competitive industry out there.
