A firefighter asked me to move my car and when I did a police officer gave me a ticket for driving without a licence.
Pretty good chance of beating the charge as I have a witness who heard the fireman, but I'll be representing myself so would like to make as strong a case as I can.
Any help is really appreciated
(isn't there some sort of law requiring me to do my civic duty or something?)
