Actually, I know how to attach files. More specifically, how do I attach a file in the History section of an Account so that all my co-workers can see this same file on their computers? When I attach a file and save, I can see the actual file, I.e. A PDF of a paid invoice, but everyone else only sees the pathway location of the file. I'm unable to share the file across the entire network & I can't figure out why. Thanks!!!
