How do I attach a CSS to an html document in Dreamweaver CS4?

Let me explain this. I am doing a Web Design project, and it involved me making my own CSS Style sheet, but I saved the file under the wrong name. My teacher can be picky on how you named your files, so I re-saved it under a different name, and deleted the old one. How do I attach the new one to the HTML document I'm supposed to turn it in with?
