It's really simple. Play things off slow. Ask her what she's doing tonight or Friday Night or whenever. If she says she doesn't know or that she has nothing planned. Ask her if she'd like to go catch a movie with you or go bowling or grab something to eat. Also this is very important, don't come off as desperate. Act apathetic. Act like your fine either way, whether or not she decides to go on said date with you. Be very casual.
