is this worth doing and are they offering anything i can't do myself?
these lawyers are advertising heavily on local radio stations, but when it's settled, they want one-third of the dough.
my property taxes were based on an appraisal far higher than what i paid for the house this past august.
and i'm wondering one more thing: i only lived in the place for 4 months, and the whole tax bill is mine -- why doesn't the previous owner pay 8 months worth and i pay for 4 months worth?
